However, I did feel that the staff could have been a bit more attentive. That said, it’s still a lovely spot for a weekend indulgence or special occasion. “ We enjoyed the Saturday Brunch at Giornotte, an exquisite brunch with an extensive choice of dishes. The snow crab and foie gras were my wife’s favourites, and oysters, scallops, and sushi mine. Very fresh and perfectly prepared. It has a meat grill where you see your own selection cooked in front of you. A good selection of deserts, fresh fruits, and cheeses. The overall ambiance was very nice, presentation was top-notch, and music good if a little loud at times. The staff were very busy, so drinks a bit slow in being delivered to the table. That said, it’s still a lovely location for a weekend indulgence or special occasion. Will definitely come back again, especially for the foie gras and seafood! ”

“ Giornotte is located in the ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi. It is opened 6:30 to 11pm. So all day dining. We went to the buffet breakfast price was 188 AED In may 2025. A very large selection of cuisine were available this is one of the widest variety of choices buffet I have seen. From traditional Arab, to Lebanese, Chinese, European, pizzas, omelette station, pancakes and waffles, pastries, cold cut, cheese,… The scrambled eggs with truffle was excellent. Only little negative part the croissants and pain au chocolat are not 100% up to standard for any French person going to a 5 stars hotel. But the weather may also be responsible. Also the pancake and waffle station should be done minute and served warmed instead they were sitting there hard. The raspberries honey was very good. Overall it is a fantastic buffet breakfast that I recommend and excellent money for value. Great Service. Very Spacious. ”

“ A massive all day dining restaurant inside The Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal. Had lunch here with friends. Theres live station for stir fried noodles and pasta and the chef also is grilling prawns, beef and lamb. The prawns were quite hard to eat since the shell is already sticking to the prawns. The desserts weren't really a wow but they have a machine for soft serve ice cream. Overall a good experience ”
